- Flush the hot and cold water supply lines before installing the concealed valve.
- Confirm the valve rough-in depth and finished-wall thickness before closing the wall.
- Position the rain shower head directly over the intended showering area and confirm sufficient clearance before installation.
- Install the tub spout at an appropriate height above the bathtub and ensure the diverter operates freely.
- Seal all wall openings around the valve trim, shower arm, and tub spout to help prevent water intrusion.
- Test both the rain shower and tub spout functions and inspect all connections for leaks before completing installation.
- Professional installation is recommended for proper alignment, waterproofing, and reliable operation.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe exposed surfaces with a soft cloth after use to help reduce water spots and mineral buildup.
- Clean with mild liquid soap and clean water only.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, abrasive pads, polishing powders, and harsh chemicals.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
