- Flush hot and cold water lines before connecting the thermostatic valve.
- Confirm rough-in depth before closing the finished wall.
- Connect the diverter outlets to the rain shower head and handheld shower as marked.
- Seal wall openings around the valve trim, shower arm, and hand shower outlet.
- Professional installation is recommended for proper thermostatic setup and leak prevention.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the shower head, trim, hose, and hand shower with a soft cloth after use.
- Clean with mild liquid soap and water only.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, and polishing powders.
- Clear shower nozzles if the spray pattern becomes uneven.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
