Installation Notes:
- Flush the hot and cold water lines before installation to remove debris and sediment.
- Connect the hot water supply on the left and the cold water supply on the right.
- Confirm the valve, rain shower, hand shower, and tub spout positions before opening or finishing the wall.
- Install the concealed valve box at the rough-in depth specified in the installation manual.
- Follow the marked outlet connections for the rain shower, handheld shower, and tub spout.
- Pressure-test all concealed connections and confirm there are no leaks before sealing the wall.
- Apply PTFE tape to threaded shower arm, hand shower outlet, and tub spout connections where required.
- Professional installation is recommended for accurate valve placement, waterproofing, and leak prevention.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse the visible shower components with clean water and dry them with a soft cotton cloth after use.
- Use mild liquid soap and water to remove surface dirt and mineral residue.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive powders, polishing compounds, rough pads, and scrapers.
- Gently clean the rain shower and hand shower nozzles if mineral buildup affects the spray pattern.
- Remove and rinse the tub spout aerator if sediment begins to restrict the water flow.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 24 hours after placement.
To start a return, email support@rbrohant.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our support team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours.

• A brief description of the issue
Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
