Installation Notes:
- Confirm that the floor-mounted plumbing connections match the product inlet configuration and that hot and cold water supplies are available before installation.
- Check the mounting substrate, anchor positions, and floor structure before securing the circular base. The finished installation must remain stable during normal operation.
- Allow sufficient overhead clearance for the curved shower arm and adequate space around the lower spout for its full 360-degree rotation.
- Position the shower so that the overhead spray and lower outlet discharge into a suitable drainage area. Avoid directing water toward electrical equipment, doorways, or surfaces where standing water could create a hazard.
- Verify the control positions and water connections against the product-specific installation drawing. Do not determine pipe connections solely from the external appearance of the fixture.
- After installation, test hot and cold temperature adjustment and operate each of the three outlets separately. Inspect the inlet connections, diverter, handheld hose, rotating spout, and base area for leakage.
- For locations exposed to freezing temperatures, follow an appropriate shutoff and drainage procedure to prevent water trapped inside the exposed shower assembly from freezing.
Care & Maintenance:
- Rinse the exterior with fresh water after exposure to pool chemicals, salt spray, sand, or other outdoor contaminants. Regular rinsing is especially important in coastal and swimming-pool environments.
- Clean the brushed surface using mild soap, clean water, and a soft cloth. Dry the metal after cleaning to reduce water spots and mineral residue.
- Avoid steel wool, abrasive scouring pads, hydrochloric acid, bleach-based cleaners, and other aggressive chemicals that may damage the finish or contribute to surface corrosion.
- Periodically rotate the lower spout through its intended range and inspect its connection for smooth movement, leakage, or looseness. Do not force the fitting if resistance develops.
- Check the handheld hose, outlet selector, temperature control, mounting fasteners, and exposed connections periodically, particularly after seasonal shutdown or extended outdoor use.
- In freezing conditions, drain the shower according to the manufacturer's instructions. 316 stainless steel does not eliminate the risk of freeze damage to water-filled pipes, valves, or fittings.

Damage or shortage claims must be submitted within 48 hours due to carrier claim requirements.
If damage is noted on the carrier’s bill of lading, please contact us within 10 business days to request replacement items at no charge. After this period, replacement costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Merchandise that has already been installed may not be eligible for carrier replacement.
