Installation Notes:
- Confirm the countertop, drain position, faucet reach, and plumbing layout before installation.
- Select a compatible vessel faucet and pop-up drain separately.
- Measure and mark the countertop drain opening according to the installation requirements.
- Place the basin on a flat, stable countertop and seal around the base as needed.
- After installation, run water and check the drain connection and countertop area for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Clean with mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth.
- Wipe away toothpaste, cosmetics, soap residue, and hard-water spots promptly.
- Avoid abrasive pads, metal brushes, strong acids, chlorine cleaners, and harsh chemicals.
- Dry the basin with a soft cloth after cleaning to help reduce water spots.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
