Installation Notes:

  • Confirm that your wall plumbing layout supports wall-mounted bathroom faucet installation.
  • Plan the valve, waterfall spout, and single-handle position before closing or finishing the wall.
  • Check that the wide waterfall outlet aligns with the basin to help reduce splashing during daily use.
  • Shut off the hot and cold water supplies and flush the supply lines before final connection.
  • Follow the installation manual, then restore water gradually and check the valve, handle, spout, and wall connections for leaks.

Care & Maintenance:

  • Wipe the faucet with a soft cloth after use to help reduce water spots and fingerprints.
  • Clean with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.
  • Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive powders, scouring pads, and harsh chemical products.
  • Clean the waterfall outlet regularly if the water stream becomes uneven or reduced.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A brief description of the issue – to provide the diagnosis from owner or professional
An image and video will be required when the issue is relating to a mechanical or workmanship defect. Example: “There is an issue with my faucet color finish”.
Confirm full shipping address information including your phone number and apartment number if applicable
