Installation Notes:

- Flush hot and cold water lines before connecting the thermostatic mixer valve.
- Secure the floor mounting base firmly before attaching the faucet body.
- Check the spout, handheld shower, hose, diverter, and supply connections for leaks after installation.
- Professional installation is recommended for correct floor mounting, valve connection, and alignment with the bathtub.
Care & Maintenance:
- Wipe the faucet body, spout, hand shower, and hose with a soft cloth after use.
- Clean with mild liquid soap and water only.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, polishing powders, and rough cloths.
- Operate the thermostatic control, diverter, and swivel spout gently without forcing them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.
