- If your adjustable riser connection is leaking, check whether the internal sealing sleeve is displaced, worn, or damaged.
- If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us with photos of the full shower system, original bracket, leaking area, and order information.
- Replacement Shower Bar Holder: Replaces the height-adjustment connector and wall support bracket on compatible RBROHANT shower riser systems.
- Supports Adjustable Shower Height: Helps hold the upper riser in place while allowing the shower height to be adjusted within the original range.
- Internal Sealing Sleeve: Helps seal the telescoping riser connection and reduce leakage when installed correctly.

How to Confirm Compatibility:
- Check the model number of your original RBROHANT shower system.
- Measure the outside diameter of the round shower riser and confirm it is compatible with 25 mm risers.
- Compare the original bracket shape, locking structure, wall projection, and mounting points with the product images.
- Confirm whether the leak is coming from the adjustable riser connection, not another plumbing joint.
- Check that the selected finish matches your existing shower system.
Common Reasons for Replacement:
- Water leaks from the adjustable riser connection.
- The internal sealing sleeve is pulled out, displaced, worn, or damaged.
- The upper riser becomes loose or unstable.
- The height-adjustment connection no longer holds position properly.
- The wall-support bracket or locking structure is damaged.
Note: Leakage may also be caused by damaged riser tubes, loose connections, incorrect installation, or incompatible parts. Please confirm the cause before ordering.
Installation Notes:
- Shut off the water supply before removing the original bracket or riser connection.
- Support the upper riser and shower head before loosening the wall bracket.
- Confirm the replacement part matches the original riser diameter, bracket shape, and wall distance before installation.
- Position the internal sealing sleeve correctly before inserting the upper riser tube.
- Insert the riser straight into the connector without twisting or pushing the sleeve out of place.
- Restore the water supply gradually and check the adjustable connection and wall bracket area for leaks.
Care & Maintenance:
- Adjust the shower height gently to help protect the internal sealing sleeve.
- Do not pull the upper riser forcefully or extend it beyond its normal range.
- Clean the visible bracket with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, polishing powders, and harsh chemical products.
- If leakage appears, stop using the shower and inspect the sealing sleeve and riser connection.

Replacement parts are not covered by the 30-day return policy. Please confirm the model, riser diameter, bracket shape, finish, and leak source before placing your order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
