Installation Notes:
- Confirm the drain position, floor layout, water supply, and electrical outlet before installation.
- Keep the power connection away from direct water spray or standing water.
- Shut off the water supply before removing the old toilet or connecting the new unit.
- Connect power only after the toilet is secured and all water connections are checked for leaks.
- Professional installation is recommended when plumbing, electrical work, or toilet replacement is required.
Care & Maintenance:
- Clean the ceramic bowl with mild toilet cleaner and a soft toilet brush.
- Wipe the seat, lid, side knob, sensors, and exterior with a soft damp cloth, then dry.
- Avoid abrasive pads, strong acids, chlorine cleaners, metal brushes, and harsh chemical sprays.
- Keep the remote control, side knob, sensor areas, power switch, and power connection dry during cleaning.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
