- Decide on vertical or horizontal mounting before marking the wall.
- Make sure the wall is flat, strong, and suitable for a large bathroom mirror.
- For hardwired or wall-switch installation, professional electrical setup is recommended.
- Two-person installation is recommended due to the mirror size and weight.
Care & Maintenance:
- Turn off the mirror before cleaning the glass or touch-control area.
- Clean with a soft microfiber cloth and non-abrasive glass cleaner.
- Do not spray cleaner directly onto touch buttons, mirror edges, wiring, or the back panel.
- Avoid abrasive pads, acidic cleaners, ammonia-heavy cleaners, chlorine products, and harsh chemical sprays.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.
