- Confirm vertical or horizontal mounting before marking the wall.

- For hardwired or wall-switch installation, professional electrical setup is recommended.
- Test the lights, dimming, memory function, touch buttons, and defog function after installation.
Care & Maintenance:
- Turn off the mirror before cleaning the glass or touch-control area.
- Clean with a soft microfiber cloth and non-abrasive glass cleaner.
- Avoid spraying cleaner directly onto the touch buttons, mirror edges, wiring area, or back panel.
- Avoid abrasive pads, acidic cleaners, ammonia-heavy cleaners, chlorine products, and harsh chemical sprays.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
