- The standard length is 3 cm, about 1.18", and may be shortened after the correct length is confirmed.
- Cutting is permanent, so measure carefully before trimming the extension.
- If you are unsure, contact us with clear photos, measurements, and original order information before purchase.
- Valve Stem Extension Kit: Extends the connection between a compatible concealed RBROHANT shower valve and the exterior control handle.
- For Deep Wall Installations: Helps when tile, stone, backer board, or wall layers leave the original valve stem too short to reach the handle.
- Cut-to-Fit Length: The brass extension can be shortened to match the confirmed wall depth and handle position.
- Helps Restore Handle Connection: When correctly matched and sized, it allows the control handle to engage the recessed valve stem properly.
- Custom Length Support: A different length may be available after the model, stem structure, and required measurement are confirmed.
How to Confirm Compatibility:
- Check the original RBROHANT shower faucet or valve model.
- Confirm that the issue is caused by insufficient valve stem reach.
- Compare your valve stem and handle connection with the product images.
- Measure the distance from the existing valve stem to the required handle connection position.
- Confirm the stem profile, diameter, connection structure, and trim clearance before ordering.
For Custom Length Requests:
- Provide your original RBROHANT product model number.
- Send clear photos of the valve stem, handle connection, and wall depth.
- Provide the exact additional extension length required.
- Custom production starts only after the model, structure, and measurements are confirmed.
Installation Notes:
- Shut off the hot and cold water supplies before removing the handle or installing the extension.
- Confirm the extension fits the original valve stem and handle connection before cutting.
- Measure more than once before trimming the extension.
- Keep enough engagement at both ends so the valve and handle stay securely connected.
- After cutting, remove sharp edges and loose metal particles before installation.
- Stop installation if the handle binds, feels loose, or requires excessive force.
Compatibility & Return Notice:
This valve stem extension is designed for selected RBROHANT shower faucet valves only. Compatibility with other brands or non-matching RBROHANT models is not guaranteed.
Replacement parts, cut or modified extensions, model-specific components, and custom-fabricated parts are not covered by the 30-day return policy. Please confirm all model and measurement details before ordering, cutting, or installing the extension.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@rbrohant.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: The lifetime warranty service is only for faucets and shower products. Bathtubs, Bathroom Vanities and Bath Accessories are not covered by the lifetime warranty service.
