How to Confirm Compatibility:
- Locate the model number of the original RBROHANT shower faucet or valve system.
- Confirm that the installation issue is insufficient valve-stem reach caused by a deeply recessed rough-in valve.
- Compare the existing valve stem and handle connection with the product images.
- Measure from the end of the existing valve stem to the required handle-engagement position.
- Confirm the stem profile, diameter, thread or adapter structure, and available trim clearance.
- Determine the required finished extension length before cutting or requesting customization.
- If the model or measurements cannot be confirmed, contact us before ordering.

Installation Notes:
- Shut off the hot and cold water supplies before removing the control handle or beginning installation.
- Confirm the extension matches the original valve stem and handle connection before cutting or modifying the part.
- Measure the required finished length more than once before trimming.
- Allow sufficient engagement at both ends of the extension so the valve and handle remain securely connected.
- Mark the cutting position clearly and keep the cut square to the extension body.
- After cutting, remove sharp edges and loose metal particles before installation.
- Do not cut the extension too short, as insufficient engagement may cause the handle to loosen or fail to operate the valve correctly.
- Do not use the extension to compensate for an incorrectly installed, damaged, or incompatible valve body.
- Align the extension and handle correctly before tightening the control assembly.
- Restore the water supply gradually and test the handle movement, temperature adjustment, water flow, shut-off, and function switching.
- Stop installation if the handle binds, does not fully engage, or requires excessive force.
Care & Maintenance:
- Operate the shower handle gently and avoid forcing the extended valve stem beyond its normal movement range.
- If the handle becomes loose or difficult to operate, shut off the water supply and inspect the extension alignment and engagement.
- Periodically check accessible mounting components to ensure the handle remains secure.
- Do not apply acidic chemicals, abrasive compounds, or unsuitable adhesives to the extension or valve components.
- Use only replacement parts compatible with the original RBROHANT valve and control assembly.
Compatibility, Customization & Return Notice:
This valve stem extension is designed for selected RBROHANT shower faucet valves. Compatibility with other brands or non-matching RBROHANT models is not guaranteed.
Custom lengths may be available upon request. The original RBROHANT model, valve-stem structure, connection dimensions, and exact required extension length must be confirmed before custom production.
Replacement parts, cut or modified extensions, model-specific components, and custom-fabricated parts are not covered by the 30-day return policy. Please verify all model and dimensional information before ordering, cutting, modifying, or installing the extension.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
