Installation Notes:
- Shut off the water supply before disassembling or extending the shower riser.
- Confirm the extension tube matches the existing riser threads and dimensions before installation.
- Install the extension on the straight vertical riser section only.
- Do not install the tube between the wall valve and supply connections or use it to alter the valve position.
- Use suitable plumbing seals or washers according to the original shower-system installation requirements.
- Keep the extension tube vertically aligned and avoid cross-threading the connections.
- Confirm that the wall supports and mounting brackets can safely support the increased shower height.
- After installation, restore the water supply gradually and inspect all connections for leakage.
Care & Maintenance:

Replacement parts, model-specific accessories, and custom-fabricated extension tubes are not covered by the 30-day return policy. Please confirm the model, connection dimensions, and required length before placing your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
