Bought this for my kid's bathroom remodel after seeing similar ones at retail stores for a lot more money that needed to be special ordered. We needed something that would also be stylish enough to use for infrequent guests as well. My husband installed with no problems and it has such a nice modern look. The detached sprayer makes cleaning the bathroom so easy and we haven't had any issues with water flow. You know it is a nice shower head when it makes you want to use the kids bathroom!

I have used it since March 24, 2021 and really love it . Installer did not say any install issue. Water is very strong from rainfall and wall mount . Better than Moen I have. My family want to use this everyday and do not want to use other bather rooms Good quality , when you receive the package , you will know it . Luxury packing and product with affordable price. So far I did not see any water stain on. I will follow this seller to see what I will need somethings else. you know you won't be disappointed. Been a few months since install. Was wary about it because burying all the working parts in the wall behind new tile without knowing anything about this make. But I LOVE it!!! Couldn’t be happier. Very high quality fit and finish. Just make sure you pay close attention to how deep you can mount the shower head and hand spray receivers behind tile.

This shower head and spray were the perfect finishing touch to my newly remodeled bathroom. I love how the shower head envelops you in a nice warm rain experience. Changing from the head to the spray is a simple turn of a knob. The spray is strong and has a long enough extension to spray the shower down when cleaning it or when you just want to reach a specific area. It's great for rinsing out my foot spa or just cleaning your feet when you don't want to get totally wet. I had a professional plumber install it and they had no problems with it. I also want to mention the fancy packaging that protected all of the parts from getting scratched, including a pair of white cotton gloves! All in all a great purchase and very happy with the functionality.

After a lot of research, my wife and I found the Rbrohant shower unit to be the best value and purchased two of them for a lake house remodeling project. We purchased them over two years ago, but only installed one of them as the second phase did not start until just recently. We had lost one of the parts out of the box, so we contacted Rbrohant customer support. Within 8 hours we had a response from their team member Lulu. He asked for some additional information which I replied back with and the part was on its way almost immediately. This type of service is rare these days.

This shower system is beautiful, sturdy and solid. We bought 2 systems and both working well. The customer service at Rbrohant was fantastic and very efficient. I originally contacted the seller via mail because I was missing the metal covers for the screw hole on the knob, for both shower systems. They informed me that the supplier said that they didn’t come with covers. Was disappointed with this because a family member bought the same system and theirs came with the covers. So I contacted Rbrohant directly and Lulu from customer service assured me that they do in fact have covers and will have them sent! He replied in less than 24 hours, was so helpful and I received the covers within 1 week.

Great shower kit
The rain head has enough spouts and pressure that I can wash my hair with it!! It feels so good just being under the rain head. I use the handheld mainly to clean my shower.
