Installation Notes:

- Position the internal sealing sleeve correctly inside the connector before inserting the upper riser tube.
- Insert the riser tube straight into the connector without twisting, folding, or pushing the sealing sleeve out of position.
- Align the shower column vertically before securing the wall-support section.
- Use wall anchors and fasteners suitable for the wall structure and shower environment.
- Restore the water supply gradually and check the adjustable connection and surrounding fittings for leaks.
- Professional installation is recommended if the riser structure, sealing sleeve position, or source of leakage is unclear.
Height Adjustment Instructions:
- Loosen the adjustment or locking component before raising or lowering the shower riser.
- Move the upper riser slowly and keep it aligned vertically during adjustment.
- Do not pull the upper riser forcefully or extend it beyond its designed adjustment range.
- Stop immediately if the riser becomes difficult to move; forcing it may pull the internal sealing sleeve out of position.
- After selecting the desired height, secure the locking component before using the shower.
- Do not use the rainfall shower head or upper arm as a handle for raising or lowering the riser.
Care & Maintenance:
- Adjust the shower height gently to help protect the internal sealing sleeve.
- Periodically check the adjustable connection for moisture, looseness, or early signs of leakage.
- Wipe the visible bracket with a soft cloth and clean it with mild soap and water only.
- Avoid acidic cleaners, abrasive pads, polishing powder, petroleum-based products, and harsh chemicals.
- If leakage appears, stop using the shower and inspect the sealing sleeve before further height adjustment.
- Do not continue pulling or rotating the riser when the sealing sleeve has become visible or displaced.
