How to Confirm Compatibility:
- Confirm whether your original RBROHANT shower faucet model is RB0870 or RB0875.
- Verify that the system uses the compatible 3-handle valve configuration.
- Measure how far the original valve controls sit behind the finished wall.
- Compare the existing stems, mounting hardware, and control layout with the product images.
- Confirm that the installation issue is insufficient control depth rather than an incorrectly positioned, damaged, or incompatible valve body.

Installation Notes:
- Shut off the hot and cold water supplies before removing the shower controls or beginning installation.
- Confirm the original shower model, valve configuration, and required extension depth before opening or installing the kit.
- Measure the required additional depth and verify the fit of all extension components before final assembly.
- Install each adapter extension in its corresponding control position and keep all stems correctly aligned.
- Do not use this kit to compensate for a valve body that is incorrectly installed, damaged, or incompatible with the original trim.
- Do not grind, cut, force, or modify standard extension components unless the part was specifically produced as a confirmed custom order.
- Tighten mounting nuts and screws securely without overtightening or damaging the valve controls.
- After installation, restore the water supply gradually and test all handles, temperature adjustment, water flow, and function switching.
- Inspect the wall opening and accessible valve area for leakage before completing the trim installation.
- Follow the installation instructions for the original compatible RBROHANT shower system whenever available.

The standard shower valve extension kit is designed for compatible RBROHANT RB0870 and RB0875 shower faucet systems. Compatibility with other brands or non-matching RBROHANT models is not guaranteed.
Custom extension components may be available upon request. Before a custom part can be produced, the original RBROHANT model, valve configuration, connection structure, current rough-in depth, and exact additional extension length must be provided and confirmed.
Custom production will begin only after all model information, photos, measurements, and connection details have been reviewed and approved.
Replacement parts, model-specific extension kits, and custom-fabricated components are not covered by the 30-day return policy. Please verify all model and dimensional information carefully before confirming your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. At same time,you need to provide photos to let us confirm that the product is original.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
